Front Desk Coordinator

Description We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to support daily office operations for a CPA firm in Oradell, New Jersey. This Contract position will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, helping create a welcoming and organized environment. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, attentive, and comfortable managing front desk activity while keeping shared office areas stocked and running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Welcome clients and visitors upon arrival and provide a courteous, detail oriented front desk experience.

Answer and route incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, taking accurate messages when needed.

Coordinate reception area activities to ensure the front office remains orderly and responsive throughout the day.

Monitor office and kitchen inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.

Keep common areas, including the kitchen and reception space, organized, presentable, and properly stocked.

Provide general administrative assistance using Microsoft Office for routine office tasks and communications. Requirements - Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing office support role.

Ability to manage inbound calls efficiently using a multi-line phone or switchboard system.

Strong interpersonal skills with a detail-oriented and welcoming communication style.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy office setting.
