Warehouse Operator - $21.75-$22.50/hr | Weekly Pay

Macedon, NY | Full-Time | Long-Term Temporary | Potential Temp-to-Hire

Kelly is hiring Warehouse Operators for a leading food manufacturing facility in Macedon, NY. This is a long-term temporary opportunity with potential for permanent hire for individuals who have warehouse, material handling, manufacturing, or equipment operation experience.

Pay

2nd Shift: $21.75/hr

3rd Shift: $22.50/hr

Weekly pay

Schedule

2nd Shift - Monday-Friday - 4:00 PM-12:30 AM

3rd Shift - Tuesday-Saturday - 12:00 AM-8:30 AM

Paid Training: Approximately 2 weeks on 1st shift

Monday-Friday - 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Training is paid before transitioning to your assigned shift.

What You'll Do

Move raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products throughout the facility

Operate electric pallet jacks, walk-behind stackers, forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment

Load, unload, stage, wrap, and label materials

Supply production lines with materials

Complete inventory transactions and maintain accurate records

Inspect materials and report quality concerns

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow food safety, GMP, warehouse, and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred

Experience with forklifts, reach trucks, electric pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus

Comfortable learning and operating different @types of equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Reliable attendance and dependable work history

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift

Basic computer skills

Reliable transportation to Macedon, NY
