Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21/hour- Temporary assignment

Shift: 1st 8AM-5PM M-F

What's a typical day as Billing Clerk? You'll be:

Generating accounts receivable invoices and preparing them for mailing

Researching and resolving billing discrepancies to ensure accuracy

Preparing monthly statements and correspondence as needed

Reporting to the department supervisor and collaborating with team members

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related administrative/accounting role (must have)

Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills (must have)

Are comfortable with onsite work in Beaumont, TX (must have)

Have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities (preferred)

Are proficient with standard office software, including MS Office (preferred)
