JOB REQUIREMENTS: Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin.
BETTER TOGETHER The Sales Manager is accountable and responsible for the
sales and retention of the GHC-SCW health insurance products. The
incumbent manages and directs the execution of sales plans and
initiatives in conjunction with the GHC-SCW strategic plan and goals.
The Sales Manager works in the field with sales representatives to
identify opportunities; and provides direction, guidance and supervision
to sales-related personnel. In addition, the Sales Manager works with
and develops the annual sales plan in support of organizational strategy
and objectives; and recommends, implements and executes sales policies
and practices. The Sales Manager works under the general guidance,
direction and supervision of the Director of Market Strategy, aligned
under the following priorities; Training, teaching, and coaching of
Account Executives and Sales Executives Achieving targeted sales growth
Retaining existing customers Managing customer relationships Managing
agency distribution system Solving problems GHC-SCW is committed to

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited college or
university in Business, Sales and Marketing or relevant field, or an
equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of five
(5) years of sales experience with a health insurance organization.
Hands-on knowledge of group insurance needs and capabilities. Managerial
experience with coaching/mentoring of sales staff. Experience in
Healthcare related and / or insurance sales is highly desirable. Ability
to obtain and maintain an active Wisconsin health/life insurance license
required. Possession of a Resident Insurance Intermediary Agent
