Production Worker

What You'll Do:

Operate machinery, hand tools, and production equipment

Assemble, inspect, package, and move aerospace components

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

Work across multiple departments to learn new skills

What We're Looking For:

Manufacturing, construction, warehouse, landscaping, or general labor experience is a plus

Comfortable in a physically demanding environment

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Team player with a great work ethic and willingness to learn

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New London, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.92 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
