Manufacturing Technician | 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 5:30 AM-2:00 PM

We're seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to join a growing team that produces advanced membrane materials used in commercial applications. In this role, you'll operate production equipment, prepare chemical mixtures, monitor manufacturing processes, and support quality-focused production operations.

What You'll Do:

Operate coating, lamination, compression, and related production equipment

Prepare and mix chemical coatings following detailed formulas

Monitor processes, troubleshoot equipment issues, and perform basic maintenance

Record production data accurately in Excel

Follow manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols

What We're Looking For:

1+ year of manufacturing or production experience

2+ years of industrial machine operation experience

Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills

Experience handling chemicals in a manufacturing or lab environment

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
