Full-Time | 1st Shift

$18-$20/hour | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, learning new skills, and being part of a team that keeps operations running smoothly? We're hiring a Manufacturing Associate in Conover, NC to support equipment repair, assembly, and shipping operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in manufacturing while gaining hands-on experience in a stable and team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:

Perform bead blasting and surface preparation on parts

Assist with equipment repairs and assembly projects

Paint components and finished equipment

Build crates and prepare equipment for shipment

Use hand tools to support repair and assembly work

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Support general shop and production activities as needed

What We're Looking For:

Experience using basic hand tools

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work independently and follow directions

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable working in a shop/manufacturing setting
