Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead low voltage construction projects from planning through completion. In this role, you will manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders. You will oversee the installation of low voltage systems, including BMS panels, conduit, Ethernet cabling, peripheral devices, and system terminations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. On a daily basis, you will coordinate field teams and vendors, review drawings and contracts, lead project meetings, track progress, and resolve technical or operational challenges that could impact timelines or budgets. You will also ensure all installations comply with OSHA regulations, industry standards, and quality requirements while maintaining accurate project documentation, managing change orders, and driving projects through successful closeout. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven background in low voltage, building automation, or electrical construction projects who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is passionate about delivering successful outcomes. Salary range is based on years of experience and ranges from $90,000-$140,000/yr.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in construction management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent industry experience).

7+ years of experience managing low voltage or electrical construction projects.

Strong understanding of low voltage systems, installation methods, and industry best practices.

5-10 years' experience w/Building Control Systems

OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification

Manufacturer-specific system certifications
