Entry-level Machine Operator

Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy working with production equipment? We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. This position plays a critical role in producing high-quality products while ensuring safety, efficiency, and consistent production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion equipment to meet production requirements

Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and optimize performance

Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic machine maintenance and repairs

Accurately measure, mix, and prepare color compounds for wire coating applications

Follow detailed work instructions and production specifications

Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process

Complete production records and documentation accurately

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience

Strong mechanical aptitude

Experience using hand tools and performing minor equipment adjustments

Basic math skills, including multiplication, division, and calculator use

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Schedule:

Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour

Shift Differential: Additional 4% shift differential

2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
