What You'll Do
As a Buyer, you'll be responsible for helping identify, evaluate, and develop supplier partnerships that support critical manufacturing operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing supplier relationships and supporting sourcing strategies for assigned product categories
Analyzing costs, market trends, and supplier capabilities to help drive informed purchasing decisions
Collaborating with engineering, operations, finance, and product teams on sourcing initiatives
Supporting supplier selection and onboarding processes
Tracking supplier performance, pricing trends, and procurement metrics
Assisting with contract discussions, pricing negotiations, and cost-saving initiatives
Maintaining purchasing data, supplier records, and product information within company systems
Conducting market research to identify opportunities for improved cost, quality, and delivery performance
Building trust-based relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Supporting continuous improvement projects that increase efficiency and reduce costs

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $31.25/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
