As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support a welcoming environment for visitors and tenants, and respond to security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Fri02:15 PM - 10:30 PM

Sat10:00 AM - 10:30 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the mall, common areas, parking areas, exterior perimeter, and tenant spaces as assigned.

Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and report suspicious activity, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.

Assist with directing visitors, providing information, and supporting a welcoming retail environment while helping to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.

The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
