Job Summary

This hybrid role for an experienced SAP focused Service Line Sales Manager involves driving strategic business growth for a global enterprise through consultative solution selling account expansion and collaboration with delivery teams. The individual will shape value led SAP deals cultivate senior client relationships and align sales motions with organizational purpose ensuring sustainable impact on customers communities and markets.

Responsibilities

Drive end to end service line sales activities for SAP offerings by proactively identifying strategic opportunities in target accounts and converting them into high value engagements that advance organizational growth and client transformation objectives.

Lead complex SAP opportunity pursuit cycles by managing qualification processes shaping tailored value propositions and orchestrating internal stakeholders to deliver compelling proposals that address specific client challenges and measurable outcomes.

Oversee development of integrated SAP deal strategies by working closely with solution architects finance and delivery leaders to structure commercially sound offerings that balance client expectations risk management and company profitability goals.

Manage a high quality sales pipeline by continuously assessing market trends account health and buying centers ensuring accurate forecasting and timely progression of opportunities in alignment with quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Drive executive level client engagement by conducting discovery sessions value articulation workshops and negotiation discussions that build trust demonstrate deep SAP business process expertise and support long term strategic partnerships.

Collaborate with cross functional SAP delivery and consulting teams to ensure sold engagements are executable well governed and aligned with resource capacity thereby protecting delivery excellence and client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Influence go to market plans for the SAP service line by providing feedback on offerings pricing structures and competitive positioning helping refine portfolio direction and supporting marketing initiatives that enhance brand presence in key industries.

Direct account planning activities for priority clients by mapping key stakeholders understanding budget cycles and documenting multi year SAP roadmaps that integrate modernization initiatives data driven insights and operational efficiency improvements.

Ensure disciplined sales operations practices by maintaining accurate CRM records monitoring key performance indicators and adhering to compliance standards so that leadership teams can rely on transparent data for decision making.

Drive thought leadership in SAP solution selling by sharing market insights mentoring less experienced sales professionals and contributing to internal knowledge assets which strengthen the organization capability in complex enterprise sales motions.

Coordinate travel to client locations and regional offices when required to conduct in person meetings workshops and steering sessions that deepen relationships accelerate deal closure and support governance for large transformation programs.

Promote ethical and sustainable business outcomes by guiding clients toward SAP enabled solutions that improve transparency environmental reporting and social impact thereby reinforcing the company commitment to responsible innovation.

Sustain high personal effectiveness in a hybrid work model by leveraging digital collaboration tools organizing day schedules around client priorities and maintaining strong communication rhythms with global stakeholders to ensure responsive and consistent engagement.

Qualifications

Demonstrate extensive experience of more than two decades in enterprise SAP solution sales with a track record of closing complex multi year deals that span applications infrastructure and business process transformation.

Exhibit deep understanding of SAP product portfolios and related ecosystems including modules used in finance supply chain and customer operations enabling insightful conversations that connect technology capabilities to business value.

Apply advanced consultative selling skills rooted in business acumen negotiation techniques and stakeholder management to translate client pain points into structured SAP service proposals with clear benefits and outcomes.

Showcase strong collaboration capabilities with delivery consulting and support organizations ensuring that SAP engagements are realistically scoped properly governed and aligned with client expectations and operational constraints.

Demonstrate familiarity with hybrid work practices and global team coordination using virtual platforms and structured communication approaches to manage geographically dispersed sales pursuits without loss of momentum.

Display comfort with domestic and international travel requirements as needed to support critical milestones such as bid defense workshops executive briefings and program kickoff meetings contributing to higher deal conversion and client confidence.

Prefer formal training or hands on exposure in SAP implementation or advisory @contexts which enhances credibility during solution discussions and supports alignment between sales commitments and delivery realities.

Certifications Required

SAP Certified Application Associate certification or equivalent SAP sales accreditation preferred along with relevant enterprise solution selling credentials.
