The Operations Coordinator accomplishes this by analyzing and scheduling dynamic daily routing plans The Operations Coordinator then organizes pallets, consolidates trucks, and sends orders to be picked in the warehouse Separately, the Operations Coordinator is in charge of Order Procurement for an assigned (or multiple) franchises. This entails gathering a detailed forecast and utilizing procurement tools in order to make the proper ordering decision This person will communicate with external suppliers and/or internal sales and operations teams if ad hoc supply chain issues arise that require improvised inventory adjustment actions This position also provides coverage and support across the entire operational support department Through superior customer service, the Operations Support Coordinator can help the Company achieve its vision to be the pre-eminent sales and distribution organization Additional Duties as assigned DISCLAIMER: The information listed above is not intended to be an all-inclusive job description.
