Administrative Coordinator

Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Pay: $20/hour

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations within a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify and complete receiving reports by cross-checking receiving documents against purchase orders in the warehouse management system (WMS)

Update databases with inbound receiving discrepancies

Run reports to verify shipping, receiving, and adjustment transactions between WMS and ERP systems, and perform corrections as needed

Conduct research and provide Proof of Delivery (POD) for customer inquiries

Contact vendors to resolve invoice disputes

Enter and update timecard data in the company database for Distribution Center personnel

Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts

Additional Duties (as needed):

Update Daily Status Reports in the absence of the DC Supervisor

Assist with preparation of third-party billing

Process productivity reports

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum of two (2) years of related office and/or customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to build strong rapport with customers
