As our AI Partner Sales Execution Specialist, every day you will be focused on applying AI-driven insights, tools, and automation to improve partner sales effectiveness across the US Partner Sales organization. Reporting to the SVP of Partner Sales, this person will scale and accelerate the overall strategy using AI first.
To thrive in this role, you will bring an AI-first lens to partner sales execution - using data, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities to improve partner readiness, pipeline creation, deal velocity, and forecasting accuracy.
This is a hybrid office role in the Atlanta-Ponce City office 3 days a week
AI-Driven Sales Execution
-Support the design and rollout of scalable partner sales execution frameworks, with a focus on AI-enabled insights and automation.
-Apply AI tools and analytics to identify gaps in partner performance, pipeline health, and execution consistency.
-Translate data and AI-generated insights into clear, actionable recommendations for partner-facing teams.
Partner & Field Collaboration
-Act as a trusted execution partner to Channel Executives and Partner Sales leaders, helping them operationalize priorities using data and AI-driven insights.
-Leverage AI to deliver exceptional partner sales outcomes aligned with improved targeting, increased pipeline, improved sales execution, and high productivity.
-Work closely with Channel Executives, Partners, and Sales leaders to build execution plans aligned to revenue.
-Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Enablement, and Operations to ensure partners are equipped with the right AI-enabled tools, content, and guidance.
-Support alignment between direct and indirect sales motions by identifying opportunities for AI-assisted co-selling and joint pipeline development.
Performance Management & Insights
-Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting that leverage AI and advanced analytics to track partner sales execution.
-Monitor partner KPIs (e.g., pipeline creation, conversion rates, velocity, win rates) and surface trends, risks, and opportunities.
-Prepare executive-ready insights, summaries, and recommendations for leadership reviews and partner business discussions.
Enablement & Adoption
-Partner with Enablement to support the rollout and adoption of AI-powered sales tools, processes, and best practices for partners.
-Help translate complex AI concepts into simple, practical guidance that partner-facing teams can use day-to-day.
-Gather feedback from the field and partners to continuously improve AI-driven sales execution initiatives.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
-Pilot new AI tools and use cases across partner sales execution (e.g., predictive pipeline insights, deal coaching signals, content recommendations).
-Identify opportunities to automate manual or repetitive sales execution tasks to improve productivity.
-Document learnings and help scale successful AI-driven approaches across the partner ecosystem.
Qualifications:
-Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI tools to create exceptional sales outcomes.
-5 years of experience in partner sales, sales operations, sales enablement, or sales execution roles.
-Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and influence stakeholders.
-Demonstrated ability to operationalize strategy and turn insights into execution.
-Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, enablement, marketing, and operations teams.
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both field teams and leadership.
Preferred Experience:
-Experience working with sales and partner tech stacks (e.g., CRM, BI tools, enablement platforms).
-Exposure to AI-powered sales tools (e.g., forecasting, conversation intelligence, content recommendations, analytics).
-Familiarity with partner ecosystems, indirect sales models, and channel programs. Support the design and rollout of scalable partner sales execution frameworks, with a focus on AI-enabled insights and automation.
