Homes Direct of Tucson, AZ is looking to fill our Office/Operations Manager position. We need a professional that can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Office Manager will be responsible for all office management, finance documents, billing/invoicing, scheduling contractors, loan processing, paying invoices, communicating updates with customers and much more. Necessary industry specific training will be provided.

Skills:

Office Management experience (Required)

Loan Processing/Finance experience

Invoicing and Bookkeeping experience (Required)

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail (Required)

Ability to prioritize

Excellent organization

Customer Service Experience (Required)
