Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21.00 per hour

Shift: 9-5 Monday and Friday, 16 hours a week (with potential for flexible hours)

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Answering phones and providing professional customer service

Utilizing Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks

Processing invoices and handling confidential payroll information

Filing payroll documents and managing vehicle registrations

Supporting general office operations and assisting team members as needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)

Bring prior administrative or relevant office experience (preferred)

Are comfortable with confidential information, such as payroll data

Seek a flexible, part-time role with the opportunity for permanent placement

Can commit to a schedule that is off January through March, resuming in April
