Description We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a manufacturing environment. This long-term contract position is well suited for someone who enjoys handling a variety of administrative tasks, maintaining organized records, and creating a welcoming front-office experience. The role offers an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate who is comfortable with Excel, data entry, and assisting with both clerical and reception-related needs.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate a wide range of daily administrative activities to help keep office functions running smoothly.

Maintain and update production sample information with accuracy, ensuring data is properly recorded and easy to track.

Welcome visitors in a courteous and attentive manner and serve as the first point of contact for the office.

Receive incoming products and arrange materials in an orderly way to support efficient storage and access.

Prepare, review, and update spreadsheets in Excel to support reporting and day-to-day recordkeeping.

Provide general administrative support such as data entry, answering inbound calls, and assisting with changing office priorities as needed.

Adapt to a variety of tasks throughout the day, offering flexible support wherever administrative assistance is required. Requirements - Previous experience in administrative support, office assistance, reception, or data entry is preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to keep information, materials, and tasks well managed.

Clear communication skills and a courteous approach when interacting with guests and callers.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and comfort handling spreadsheet-based tasks.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and shift between assignments with flexibility.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in recordkeeping and administrative work.
