What We Value Strong SolidWorks 3D modeling and drawing creation skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. \ Manufacturing and mechanical aptitude. What We Want From You \ Associate Degree in Mechanical Design, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related field (minimum requirement). 3+ years of mechanical design experience preferred. Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks including parts, assemblies, weldments, and print creation.
