Manufacturing Production Associate - Holley, NY

Pay:

$19.48/hour

Schedule:

6:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Rotation: 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on, then repeats

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Location: Holley, NY

A stable manufacturing facility in Holley, NY is hiring Production Associates to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady work, competitive pay, and the opportunity to become permanent.

What You'll Do

Operate production machinery

Inspect products for quality

Package finished products by boxing, sealing, and stacking

Lift up to 40 lbs regularly, including some overhead lifting

Communicate important information during shift changes

Complete production and quality documentation

Keep the work area clean and organized

What We're Looking For

Manufacturing or production experience is a plus

Comfortable working a rotating overnight schedule

Able to regularly lift up to 40 lbs

Reliable attendance and transportation

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
