As Kitchen Supervisor, youll run the back-of-house with confidence: directing your team, keeping quality high, and making sure every plate that goes out reflects the Rain Rock standard. What Youll Do:

? Lead daily kitchen operations - prep, cooking, plating, and service execution.

? Supervise and coach Lead Cooks, Line Cooks, and Dish Machine Operators.

? Run pre-shift meetings, manage workflow, and keep ticket times on point.

? Enforce food safety, sanitation, and FIFO standards - every shift, no exceptions.

? Support the Executive Chef with scheduling, inventory, training, and kitchen systems.

Who Were Looking For:

? 2+ years in kitchen or food service operations, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.

? Current California Food Managers Certification (or ability to obtain).

? Strong grasp of kitchen workflow, food safety practices, and quality standards.

? Casino or high-volume kitchen experience is a plus - but great leaders are always welcome.

? Reliable, accountable, and cool under pressure - you set the tone for your team.
