Job Description

This entry-level role combines sales and recruiting responsibilities, focusing on identifying, engaging, and placing qualified candidates while building strong relationships with clients and prospects. You will learn the full recruitment lifecycle, develop consultative sales skills, and contribute to a high-performance team in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities

Source, identify, and recruit candidates for open positions using a variety of channels and tools.

Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles.

Support the full recruitment process, including candidate outreach, interview coordination, and follow-up communication.

Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and match them to suitable opportunities.

Assist with basic sales activities, including following up with leads and supporting client relationship development.

Perform accurate and timely computer data entry to update candidate information, track activity, and maintain recruitment records.

Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and contribute to a positive, results-driven environment.

Adhere to established processes and guidelines to ensure a professional and consistent candidate experience.

Essential Skills

Demonstrated interest or experience in sales.

Ability to perform accurate computer data entry and maintain organized records.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with candidates and internal teams.

Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.

Motivation to work in a performance-driven environment with commission-based earning potential.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
