Description

Robert Half is seeking a professional and customer-focused Contract Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day client and customer interactions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and is committed to delivering excellent service. The Customer Service Representative will handle inquiries, resolve issues, process requests, and maintain accurate records while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Resolve customer concerns related to orders, billing, accounts, products, or services

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed

Document customer interactions and update account information in CRM or internal systems

Provide accurate information about company products, services, policies, and procedures

Process orders, returns, refunds, or service requests as required

Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction

Maintain service levels and meet productivity, quality, and response-time expectations

Requirements

Qualifications

1+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative support experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software or CRM systems

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
