Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support high-volume data processing activities in Rock Hill, South Carolina. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is highly accurate, comfortable working with digital records, and able to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and speed. The role focuses on maintaining reliable information through careful entry, review, and organization of data while supporting day-to-day administrative operations. This is a part time project, 2 hours a day working on site 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

Enter large volumes of information into computer systems with a high level of speed and accuracy.

Review numeric and text-based records to confirm completeness, consistency, and proper formatting before submission.

Maintain organized electronic files and update existing records as new information becomes available.

Cross-check entered data against source documents and resolve routine discrepancies when identified.

Support administrative workflows by preparing, sorting, and processing documents for entry and recordkeeping.

Monitor assigned queues or work lists to ensure deadlines are met and daily productivity expectations are achieved.

Use standard office software and internal databases to track, update, and retrieve information as needed.

Requirements - Proven experience performing data entry in a detail-focused office or administrative environment.

Strong typing skills with the ability to enter information quickly and accurately.

Confidence working with numeric data and maintaining precision across repetitive tasks.

Proficiency with computers, including basic office software and data management systems.

Solid attention to detail and the ability to identify errors or missing information.

Ability to manage time effectively and remain organized while handling high-volume workloads. TalentMatch®
