A 3PL Shipping associate is responsible for coordinating, processing, and monitoring outbound shipments through third-party logistics providers, i.e. UPS, FedEx, etc.; to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective delivery of products.

Inventory and Order Management

Carrier and Vendor Coordination

Customer Service and Problem Resolution

Compliance and Documentation

Reporting and Analysis

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, distribution, or warehouse operations.

Experience working with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers and transportation carriers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and logistics management systems.

Knowledge of shipping documentation, freight terms, and transportation regulations.

Skills and Competencies

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Strong collaboration and relationship management skills.

Typical Work Environment

Distribution center, warehouse, fulfillment center, or manufacturing facility.

Frequent interaction with carriers and warehouse personnel.

May require overtime during peak shipping periods, inventory events, or seasonal demand fluctuations.

Hourly Rate: $24
