Industrial Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Garden Grove, CA

Pay Range: $23-$28/hr

Shift: 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm Monday or

2nd shift 10:00am-6:30pm

Overtime most Saturdays

What's the Job?

Troubleshoot, support, and repair all production equipment

Determine materials, parts, and equipment needed for repairs, installation, and stock management

Install, inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and related systems across all departments

Coordinate and participate in scheduled and preventive maintenance activities

Inspect and maintain steam, heating, cooling, and water treatment systems throughout the plant

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance

Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment and systems

Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
