Job Summary

This job involves leading a marketing team to execute strategies that align with organizational objectives. It includes managing talent, fostering interdepartmental collaboration, and developing partnerships. The role is crucial for driving revenue via strategic planning and data analytics, ensuring efficient marketing execution to meet goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Managing a team of marketing professionals to ensure timely delivery of objectives within budget constraints

Ensuring the development and retention of qualified marketing staff through effective talent management strategies

Overseeing recruitment and performance evaluation processes to maintain a robust marketing team

Acting as a liaison with Engineering, Customer Service and other Marketing teams to align marketing efforts

Participating in strategic planning and alliance building to support product market growth

Leading the creation and implementation of marketing plans to drive subscriber and revenue increases

Directing analytical projects to inform marketing strategies and measure performance outcomes

Engaging stakeholders in the development and deployment of marketing initiatives for maximum impact

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
