As a Food and Beverage Sales Manager , you're not just generating and managing large reservations/groups in our various outlets/unique spaces - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

Generate and convert new business: Research, prospect, and qualify leads through proactive outreach and database mining to drive group sales and exceed lead generation goals for the Restaurant Outlets

Build and maintain client relationships: Serve as the primary contact for large parties held in the restaurant spaces.

Develop targeted sales strategies: Analyze hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales goals

Lead end-to-end sales process: Prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and secure contracts tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue

Manage booking details: Coordinate customer requirements including room, food and beverage, and overall dining experience.

Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
