Modular Platform Market Leader

We are currently hiring a Modular Platform Market Leader in our Architectural division.

The Architectural Division at LaBella provides comprehensive planning and design services for a wide variety of markets, including State Corrections, Healthcare, K-12 and Higher Education, Residential, Commercial, and Municipal.

Requirements

Commercialization, marketing, and pipeline development

Outreach and support to owners, developers, architects, engineers, and contractors

Training outside A/E firms and internal LaBella teams to design with the platform

Coordination with client's manufacturing and construction teams

Coordination with project architects, engineers, contractors, and specialty consultants

Platform implementation and project controls

Maintaining the module library, standards, documentation, and lessons learned across projects

Tracking opportunities from initial pursuit through manufacturing and deployment

Tracking client's reported VenuStack revenue and LaBella's corresponding royalties

Financial reporting, forecasting, project profitability, and cash flow

Capital and resource planning as the practice grows

Manufacturing and deployment reporting

Schedule and production tracking

Maintaining CRM and pipeline information

Preparing regular business-performance reports

Supporting development of marketing materials, technical documentation, training programs, and sales tools

Helping us systematically capture improvements from each project and incorporate them into subsequent generations of the platform

Supporting broader business development and commercialization efforts as we expand Modular Platforms beyond sports into other applicable market sectors
