In this position, you will help to systematically upgrade Lutron engineers' ability to solve hard, cross-disciplinary problems and you will share your knowledge and experiences through hands on mentorship, coaching and demonstration. This role blends deep technical excellence with rigorous quality thinking and practical strategies for developing and deploying operational capabilities. This pivotal role brings hands on, pragmatic experience to the holistic development of our engineers in a real-world product development environment. Responsibilities Teach the C raft : Provide practical coaching by working closely with engineering teams and product managers throughout every stage of the product lifecycle, offering hands-on guidance and fostering learning during project work. Build Durable Capability : Capture and codify best practices into playbooks, methodology and short courses. Mentor at S cale : Establish apprenticeship models and partner with project teams to guide through doing. Elevate P roblem S olving : Facilitate critical thinking on ambiguous, high-impact problems.
