Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused contract, Customer Service Representative to join a growing organization in Federal Way, WA. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently while providing an exceptional customer experience. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and works closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.

Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within company systems.

Process orders, requests, applications, and account updates.

Research and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating concerns when appropriate.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.

Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards.

Support additional administrative and customer support functions as needed.

Requirements

1+ years of customer service, call center, administrative, or office support experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
