Schedule between 9am and 7pm

Position Summary

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Louisville, KY. This role is responsible for managing customer interactions, processing requests, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience through professional and effective communication.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner

Process orders and provide follow-up support as needed

Research and troubleshoot customer concerns to identify effective solutions

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers

Handle requests of varying complexity while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues efficiently

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no degree required

Previous customer service experience strongly preferred

Retail, healthcare, or related industry experience is a plus

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

Proficiency with basic computer applications and email systems

Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.08 - $21.08/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
