Document Control Coordinator - 1st Shift (Hybrid)

1st Shift: Mon - Fri, 8am - 4:30pm

Hybrid: In-office Mon - Weds

What you will do

As the Document Control Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurate review and processing of documentation (packets) through the quality system

Verify accurate completion of change orders and other documentation

Create approval routes and maintaining packet routing, as appropriate

Participate in the validation and implementation of system upgrades/updates

Participate in Change Approval Board (CAB) meetings and documenting any decisions made

Train and assist in the development of training for new users of the quality system

Perform functions of the MasterControl system administrator (i.e. maintain users, rights, and roles, etc.)

What you need

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Two (2) years of relevant experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Preferred

Associate's degree

Experience in technical writing, or legal background

$23.08 - $31.22 USD Hourly
