$22.00 per hour

Shift:

Monday - Friday 7 am - 4pm

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Processing purchase orders, invoices, goods receipts, and other transactions in the SAP system.

Ensuring data accuracy, performing data validations, error corrections, and troubleshooting.

Creating requisitions, tracking orders, and finalizing records within SAP.

Assisting with month-end reporting activities and vendor setup.

Inputting detailed product ticketing information for accurate tracking, billing, and reporting.

Supporting evolving system records and administrative projects as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a High School Diploma or GED (required).

Possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Have experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred but not required).

Are comfortable working Monday through Friday, 7 am - 4 pm.

Can thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
