Our client, a manufacturer specializing in pressure vessels and heat exchangers, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the production of high-quality stainless steel and high alloy pressure vessels for industrial applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Welder

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $18 - $35

Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Fridays may be required for overtime as needed.

What's the Job?

Perform high-quality welding and fabrication tasks on stainless steel and high alloy pressure vessels in an indoor shop environment.

Handle layout, assembly, and construction of various projects, including small vessels, piping, and large heat exchangers.

Utilize a range of welding processes such as TIG, MIG, and Flux Core, with openness to learning additional techniques like Sub Arc, RMD, Shortcircuit, Spray, and Pulse spray.

Adhere to strict safety standards and protocols, especially when working in confined spaces or at heights.

Interpret technical drawings and plans to accurately fabricate components, ensuring precision and quality in every project.

What's Needed?

Willingness to learn and apply various welding processes, with a focus on safety and quality.

Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans accurately.

Team player with effective communication skills and adaptability.

Experience in pressure vessel or stainless steel welding is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
