Kelly is hiring for an Operations Clerk I for a part-time contract role. This highly visible, client-facing position offers the opportunity to support workplace dining operations, onboard new clients, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across multiple client locations throughout San Francisco.
Operations Clerk I
Location: San Francisco, CA (Must be based in the San Francisco/Peninsula area)
Start Date: August 2026
End Date: December 2026
Work Arrangement: Part-Time Contract | Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-2:00 PM (15 hours/week)
Travel Required: Daily travel within San Francisco to various client locations

Responsibilities:
Support the launch and onboarding of new clients, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of services.
Provide onsite operational support at client locations throughout the city.
Serve as a brand representative, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high standard of service excellence
Troubleshoot platform-related issues and assist clients with account setup, order placement, scheduling, and operational questions.
Gather client feedback, identify operational challenges, and communicate insights to internal teams.
Monitor service quality and help drive continuous improvements to the customer experience.
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while supporting day-to-day operational needs.
Qualifications:
Must be based in the San Francisco/Peninsula area and willing to travel daily between client locations.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Comfortable learning and using technology platforms and collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Sheets
Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
Professional, empathetic, and skilled at building positive client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in Operations, Customer Support, Client Services, Account Management, Hospitality, or Sales.
Experience working directly with customers in service-oriented environments.
Familiarity with operational processes, customer onboarding, implementation support, or field-based support roles.
Experience supporting client-facing programs, workplace services, hospitality, or restaurant-related operations is a plus.
