service. We\'re hiring a Branch Manager L&M to join County Materials in
Appleton, WI. Job Summary: The Branch Manager L&M provides overall
leadership for branch operations and is accountable for financial
performance, sales growth, customer service, inventory management,
safety, and team development. This role partners with regional and
corporate leadership to execute business strategies, improve operational
efficiency, build a strong talent pipeline, and ensure the branch
consistently meets company standards and performance goals. Job Duties &
Responsibilities: Lead all aspects of branch operations, including
sales, customer service, inventory, logistics, staffing, safety, and
facility appearance. Own the financial performance of the branch by
developing and executing plans to achieve revenue, profitability,
expense, and growth goals. Establish branch goals, monitor key
performance indicators, identify performance gaps, and implement
corrective actions. Partner with the Regional Sales Team to develop
customer relationships, execute sales strategies, and achieve branch
sales targets. Deliver a best-in-class customer experience by resolving
concerns, maintaining service standards, and promoting responsive,
solution-oriented support. Plan branch staffing needs and partner with
Talent Acquisition to recruit, select, onboard, and retain qualified
team members. Coach and develop employees through clear expectations,
regular feedback, performance management, recognition, and succession
planning. Foster a collaborative, accountable, and inclusive work
environment that reflects company values and supports employee
