You will support badge and access control processes, use computer or tablet systems as needed, and provide professional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate within a manufacturing and industrial location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, equipment-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and escalating concerns as needed.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, shipping and receiving locations, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization according to site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
Support a professional workplace environment by communicating clearly with employees, contractors, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
