As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and report security-related concerns. Thur08:00 AM - 06:30 PM

Fri08:00 AM - 06:30 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, ATMs, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential concerns.

Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with location procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment for customers and staff.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.

Document observations, patrols, and incidents accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and designated location contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

A guard card/license is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
