Digital Account Specialist Ad Operations

Entertainment and streaming giant are seeking a Digital Account Specialist with a focus on local stations to work with their team. This is a 40 hour/week, 9-month contract opportunity. This role does require full time onsite work in New York City. MUST HAVE:-Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience-Minimum 1 year of experience in digital media, advertising operations, client services, or a related field-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables)-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, proactive working styleNICE TO HAVE:-Experience with reporting tools-Familiarity with ad servers (e.g., FreeWheel, Google Ad Manager), digital measurement platforms, or order management systems (e.g., Operative, SalesForce)KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-Support Sales and Account Management teams by managing day-to-day post-sale execution of digital and cross-platform advertising campaigns-Troubleshoot client order entry, creative asset collection, tracking tags, and brand safety requirements to ensure accurate campaign setup and delivery-Collaborate with Trafficking, Yield, and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and deliver against performance objectives-Monitor live campaigns, investigate delivery or reporting issues, and proactively recommend optimizations or solutions to mitigate revenue risk-Produce and analyze campaign performance reports, troubleshoot third-party discrepancies, and provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients-Partner with Finance and Billing to support billing accuracy, invoice adjustments, and resolution of discrepancies with agencies and clients-Maintain clear, professional communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure high-quality client experienceIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
