JOB REQUIREMENTS: Customer Service Coordinator Department: Customer Service Reports To: Customer Service Manager Hours: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM About the Position The Customer Service Coordinator will work closely with established customers to resolve issues that arise on installed TTX Systems and fulfill orders for general system maintenance and upkeep. Utilizing resources in Engineering, the CSC will determine parts that need to be ordered or fabricated, set up spare parts list, manage warranty issues, and outstanding credit issues. Mechanical background required. IMPORTANT: Previous mechanical experience Candidates should have experience working with mechanical drawings and/or in a manufacturing environment and be comfortable identifying mechanical parts, understanding equipment issues, and working with Engineering and Purchasing to determine appropriate solutions. What You\'ll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for established customers regarding equipment issues, maintenance needs, and spare parts Troubleshoot customer equipment concerns and coordinate solutions with Engineering and other internal departments Prepare customer quotes and obtain pricing and delivery information from vendors Follow up with customers regarding quotes, orders, and outstanding needs Enter customer orders into Encompix and prepare pick tickets and shipping paperwork Work with Engineering to obtain drawings and specifications for parts that need to be manufactured Create and release shop orders and monitor parts through the fabrication process Develop and maintain customer files and records Coordinate warranty issues with customers and vendors and assist with resolving outstanding credits Develop and maintain customer spare parts lists in coordination with Purchasing and Engineering Evaluate and determine warranty coverage when appropriate Pull completed orders and provide necessary information to Accounting for billing Gather service-work costs and prepare documentation for Accounting to generate customer invoices Maintain accurate records and ensure customer requests are followed through to completion What We\'re Looking For Required Qualifications \ Strong mechanical background and mechanical aptitude \ Previous experience working with mechanical drawings in a manufacturing or industrial environment Ability to understand mechanical components, equipment, and manufacturing processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on customer needs Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook \ Customer-focused attitude with a professional and helpful approach \ High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service or sales experience Experience working directly with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, or Accounting teams \ Experience with ERP systems, preferably Encompix \ Experience working with industrial equipment or manufactured systems Why This Role Matters The Customer Service Coordinator plays an important role in maintaining strong relationships with our established customers.
