JOB REQUIREMENTS: Duties: Himin Industrial Services Inc. (Racine, WI) seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the daily activities of mechanics engaged in the repair, maintenance, and installation of entire systems for poly wrapping, paper wrapping, co-mailers, and mailing inserters. Specific duties are: Inspect and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems, providing guidance and solutions for escalated technical issue; Train and mentor team members on the operation, maintenance, and repair of specialized mailing machinery; Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities, ensuring a safe working environment; Plan and allocate resources effectively, including labor, tools, and replacement parts, to meet production and service deadlines; Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, service reports, and inventory levels; Collaborate with clients to schedule and execute equipment repairs and installations at customer locations; Research and recommend upgrades to machinery and tools to improve efficiency and align with industry advancements. Frequent domestic travel throughout the U.S. (approx. 30%) to install and service equipment at client sites required. No relocation is required. ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Position requires 24 months of experience in the job offered, or supervisory role in an industrial or infrastructure environment. Specific experience must include each of the following: 2 years of maintenance experience in a industrial or infrastructure environment; 2 years of experience leading large-scale equipment installation or upgrade projects, including resource allocation and deadline management; troubleshooting skills for complex electrical and mechanical systems; prior experience with supervisory experience. Frequent domestic travel throughout the U.S. (approx. 30%) to install and service equipment at client sites required.
