Administrative Assistant (Entertainment Industry) Hybrid/OnSite

Yoh has short term contract opportunities, as an Administrative Assistantwithin the Entertainment & Music industry to join our client, both OnSite & Hybrid, at their offices in New York, New York $19-25/hr. maximum hourly rate 25-40 hours a week, Monday-Friday Roles with either be OnSite or Hybrid These are short-term contract assignments, ranging from one week to several months, provide flexibility, valuable industry experience, professional networking opportunities, and a unique pathway into the music and entertainment industry. Candidates must currently reside within commuting distance of the NYC office and be available to work either onsite 4 days per week or 100% Onsite from the start date. Relocation candidates will not be considered for this opportunity Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Due to the client-site nature of this role, we are unable to support OPT or STEM OPT employment, including completion of Form I-983 What You Will Be Doing Support business operations and executive administration for a dynamic, fast-paced team. Coordinate meetings, office events, onboarding activities, and workplace logistics. Serve as a primary resource for office operations, employee support, and visitor experience. Partner with Facilities and IT to ensure a seamless and productive workplace environment. Manage calendars, travel arrangements, expenses, invoices, and departmental records. Oversee office supplies, shipments, catering, and conference room coordination. Contribute to special projects and team initiatives while gaining broad exposure to business operations within a leading entertainment organization. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems and technologies. Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Positive, proactive, and eager to take ownership of tasks large and small. Enjoys working in a collaborative environment and supporting a variety of team needs.
