Summary This position is located in FEMA, Region Three, Mission Support Division, Information Technology Branch in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate for this position will supervise IT Operations staff, oversees IT systems and operations, aligns team goals with agency mission, analyzes hardware/software needs, implements systems, and manages technical support, troubleshooting, installation, moves, and training. Responsibilities What will I do in this position if hired? In this position, you will serve as the IT Operations Section Supervisor, in charge of the systems and functions, ensuring the strategic plan, mission, vision, and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, and work plans. Typical assignments include: Oversees the Administration of Information technology (IT) systems ensuring operations are aligned with the strategic plan, mission, vision, and values of the agency affects the efficiency of agency-wide established IT Operations. Coordinates the development of the needs and requirements of the branch as it relates to resources, requirements and lifecycle management used in budget formulation and execution.
