We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support daily customer interactions and administrative tasks in Warminster, PA. This is a contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting customers, handling incoming inquiries, and keeping records accurate and organized. The role requires a dependable, detail-oriented individual with at least 1 year of experience who can balance service, data accuracy, and office support responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound customer calls courteously and provide timely assistance with questions or concerns.

Enter customer and transaction information into internal systems with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.

Manage cash drawer activities responsibly, including handling payments and maintaining balanced records.

Organize and maintain paper documents so files remain accessible, current, and properly stored.

Deliver courteous front-line support that helps create a positive experience for customers during each interaction.

Track service-related details and update records to support smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar support-focused role.

Ability to handle inbound calls clearly, professionally, and efficiently.

Strong data entry skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience working with cash drawers and processing transactions responsibly.

Comfortable maintaining paper files and completing routine administrative tasks.
