Job Posting: Temp-to-Hire General Production Laborer

Location: Independence, MO

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Company Overview:

Join a well-established manufacturer of concrete forms seeking dependable and motivated individuals for a General Production Laborer position with strong temp-to-hire potential.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of concrete forms

Perform general labor tasks including moving, lifting, and assembling materials

Consistently lift up to 75 lbs throughout the shift

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Requirements:

Ability to consistently lift up to 75 lbs

Previous industrial or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to follow instructions and safety policies
