Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a New Hampshire office. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating an organized, welcoming environment while handling a mix of clerical, customer-facing, and data-related work. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to smooth business operations by managing communications, maintaining accurate records, and assisting both visitors and internal staff.

Responsibilities:

Manage front-desk and general office activities, ensuring day-to-day administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate contact, and provide courteous assistance to customers and visitors.

Enter, update, and maintain information in company records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Prepare, organize, and file documents so that office materials remain accessible and well maintained.

Support staff with routine administrative needs, including scheduling, correspondence, and general clerical duties.

Greet guests in a courteous manner and help create a positive experience for anyone contacting or visiting the office.

Assist with office coordination tasks that help keep workflows on track and operations running smoothly. Requirements - Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist position.

Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and respond to customer needs with a service-oriented approach.

Strong data entry skills with careful attention to accuracy and completeness.

Comfortable performing a variety of clerical and administrative support tasks in a busy office setting.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
