Summary This position is located in OCHCO Executive Resources Division. The ideal candidate for this position will have senior-level administrative assistant experience and a high level of computer knowledge while being able to prioritize competing priorities and meeting required deadlines. Also, they would have professional and effective written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities What will I do in this position if hired? In this position, you will Initiate, lead and conduct special projects. Typical assignments include: Managing team schedules, meetings, and daily priorities. Monitoring specific projects for the team and ensure timely completion of assignments, decisions, and deliverables. Collecting information from across OCHCO, FEMA program offices, and other sources to complete tasks as assigned. What else do I need to know?
