We're seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in industrial manufacturing, assembly, construction, fabrication, or other physically demanding mechanical settings. 1st Shift

Monday-Friday

6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Overtime opportunities available

Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical and industrial components according to specifications

Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively

Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions

Perform inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Move and position materials and components throughout the assembly process

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

Qualifications

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, fabrication, or a related industrial environment preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools

Ability to read measurements and follow detailed instructions

Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift

Must be able to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockford, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
