About the Role: The Manufacturing Operations Manager is responsible for leading Production and Warehouse operations to safely manufacture and deliver high-quality products that meet customer requirements for quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. This position provides strategic and day-to-day leadership for production supervisors, warehouse personnel, and manufacturing employees while ensuring efficient execution of production schedules, inventory management, material flow, and shipping operations. The Manufacturing Operations Manager partners closely with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Procurement and New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to support manufacturing readiness, implement engineering changes, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement.
